Shipping takes 7–14 business days. We are constantly working on improving the shipping time for our customers!

Please note that shipping times may take longer for the following countries: All countries of the African Union, Slovenia, Romania, Mexico, Malta, Iceland, Denmark, all Baltic States, Egypt, and Israel.

If your order does not arrive within 35 days, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of destination country. Please note that since our mugs are custom-made to order, production begins shortly after purchase — refund eligibility for reasons other than non-delivery or damage is limited to the first 2 days after your order is placed.
